36 x 130' conveyor with Walkway

This 36" x 130' Conveyor with optional walkway, supported on a manufactures dolly demonstrates the frame strength built into ever SWIFT conveyor. The optional walkway built to OSHA standards provides easy service to the entire conveyor. Also available with emergency cable pull stop switch and conveyor belt covers.

48'x 50' Transfer conveyor

The SWIFT 48" high capacity has the ability to move up to 1800 TPH of 100# / Cu. Ft. product equipped with CEMA C idlers and a 3 ply belt capacity is not a problem with this conveyor. The SWIFT high capacity transfer is available in many different lengths, custom built for your operation. Shown with an optional disconnect switch and 100' power cable.

Skid mount portable feeder

The SWIFT 10 yard portable skid mounted variable speed feeder hopper is available in varing sizes. SWIFT will custom build to fit your operation. Build with AR 400 plate this rugged feeder is designed for the producer with the long haul in mind.

12 yard portable belt feeder

The SWIFT 12 yard rear discharge portable belt feeder is mounted on a heavy duty 1-beam frame. The variable speed belt is hydraulically driven by an electrically driven power pack. The hopper, is manufactured out of AR 400 material. the perimeter is reinforced to challenge even the most aggressive loader operator.

Mounted on heavy duty frame, this SWIFT series H belt feeder will hydraulically unfold to a discharge height of over 15'. this 2 belt variable speed system will deliver well over 800 TPH. The all eletric drive features square D intverters and Weg Crusher Duty eletric motorsfor reliability. The long life hopper is constructed of 3/8 AR 400 plate, with a reinforced hopper top that will challenge most any loader operation.

36 x 125 EZE Stacker

The SWIFT 36 x 125' EZE Stacker is shown in a transport position. The EZE Stacker comes equipped ready for highway travel, with air brakes, lights, unimount wheels and reflective tape. The EZE Stacker converts from road travel to operation position in 30 minutes or less. The reliable HD SWIFT EZE Stacker equipped with it's patented FD undercarriage is the most popular of the SWIFT line of conveyors. Safety is at it's maximum when converting this conveyor from travel to operating position. With the touch of a lever the head and tail section unfold and you are ready to stack. With the touch of a lever the EZE Stacker is ready for work.

30 x 90' Conveyor W/ Grizzly

The SWIFT 30" Hopper Conveyor features hydraulic lift and a remote conrol Grizzly. With the simple touch of the "Remtron" remotecontrol, the Grizzly completely cycles, resting again in it's operating position. In the interest of safety each remote comes with a E-stop button completely shutting down the conveyor should the conveyor should the loader operator observe safety being compromised.

30 x 50' Belt Feeder W/ Grizzly

The SWIFT variable speed eletric belt feeder equipped with a "Remtron" remote controlled Grizzly allows the loader operator to control of the machine with the push of a button.

36 x 50' Conveyor W/ 4 x 8 Double deck screen

The self powered SWIFT 30" x 50' conveyor with double deck screen is powered by a reliable Deutz diesel engine. This all hydraulic portable screen has a v variable speed belt and is available with either an incline manual dump grizzly or a remote controlled hydraulic operated platform.

 Jump conveyor

SWIFT 42" x 20' Jump Conveyor, designed for heavy impact applications. Available with single ply puncture resistant belt and heavy duty impact bed.

65" Reclaim Tunnel

The SWIFT Reclaim Tunnel allows you to keep on stacking and load your trucks whenever they appear. Available with variable speed belt or vabratory pan feeders. The above 65' tunnel provides a 2000 ton live pile.

42" Drive Over

The SWIFT portable heavy duty drive over is available in either a 42 or 48" belt width. The top deck design allows high tonnage unloading from either end of belly dump trailers.

SWIFT specializes in custom designed conveyors. Pictured is a 36 x 80' covered conveyor with walkways and end maintenance platforms supported on pedestals that were part of the light rail project at the Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport where copacity and reliability were necessary.

twin - bin Feeder - stacker

The SWIFT twin hopper blending conveyor allows two products like salt and sand to be mixed proportionately. This unit has two hopper's, each with it's own variable speed feeder belt. The blended product is discharged onto a height adjustable 70' stacking conveyor. Available with self contained diesel or eletric power. All units come complete with lights and air brakes for road portability. Optional remote control switchgear available.
